I booked a return trip and have only had the arrival transfer so far. The driver was very punctual despite a delayed flight time and standing right by the exit so I saw him as soon I came out on baggage claim. The driver was also very pleasant and friendly and help me with my bags immediately. The car was very modern and clean. There were also complimentary bottles of water. I would recommend this transfer service. Based on this trip. I will await my departure pick up and hope it is as pleasant.

My driver was so friendly, he spoke English flurently. When I arrived my hotel, I was walking to the wrong side. Driver didn't leave yet, he confimed I got inside the right building then left. So sweet! Highly recommend to all visitors.

Avoid the hassle of navigating public transportation or waiting in line for an expensive taxi with this economical shared shuttle transfer from Prague Václav Havel Airport to the city center, and travel in the comfort of a new, air-conditioned vehicle.

Your driver will meet you in the arrivals hall, holding an orange placard with your name on it. Don't worry about delays, as the driver will wait for you, help you with your luggage, and show you to the vehicle. Then you can just sit back, relax, and you'll be at your hotel in no time!

The shuttle minibus departs once all passengers from certain flights are gathered, but with a maximum waiting time of 30 minutes.

Vehicles used for the service are mostly Mercedes Benz and VW Transporter minibuses with a capacity of up to 8 passengers. They’re comfortable, air-conditioned, and smoke-free, and always kept in top technical condition.
