Your driver will meet you in the arrivals hall, holding an orange placard with your name on it. Don't worry about delays, as the driver will wait for you, help you with your luggage, and show you to the vehicle. Then you can just sit back, relax, and you'll be at your hotel in no time! The shuttle minibus departs once all passengers from certain flights are gathered, but with a maximum waiting time of 30 minutes. Vehicles used for the service are mostly Mercedes Benz and VW Transporter minibuses with a capacity of up to 8 passengers. They’re comfortable, air-conditioned, and smoke-free, and always kept in top technical condition. You can opt for either a 1-way or round-trip transfer.

Driver was on time and easy to find, answered our questions. Delivered us to the doorstep of a small OldTown business. I did find it inappropriate that he watched and shared several YouTube or Twitter videos with us while driving. I was offended by the language and content, was not amused.

This service was easy to book online. I booked a returned service too and both drivers were polite, professional and punctual. It saved us a lot stress from trying to figure out how to get to our hotel from the airport; knowing we have a driver ready to take us to the hotel. I would definitely use this service again and would recommend it to anyone!

The driver met us at the designated location, quickly escorted us to his car and we were on our way. We asked a few questions, and eventually he pointed out a few of the areas of Prague and the sites without prompting. We were dropped off at the edge of the square, being told that our hotel was the yellow one. With small, obscured signage and the dining areas out front, it was a bit of a challenge to locate the hotel entrance and find the front desk.
