Busy on the day I went. 29 Dec. Long wait in the queue to get on the boat. Once on, it was well worth the wait. Tour was accompanied by good commentary in many different languages. It gave a good insight to the history of Charles Bridge. The warm wine and gingerbread cake was very welcome and enjoyed. Excellent value for money. Recommend this to get added to your trip in Prague.

It’s all very organized, the boat is nice, loved the heating on-it. The guide an also captain was amazing. If seems that even she does it several times a day, she enjoys it each time with passion. Loved it. One star down cause of the small radius of the tour.

The staff was all very kind and helpful. You get a choice of drink at start and a gingerbread as well. The guide was a recorded audio and you could select your language. The boat goes up and down as the audio explains the history of the buildings surrounding you. Is recommend doing an evening tour as the city is then beautifully lit up.
