Mozart's Prague: Old Town, Lesser Town & Czech Museum Tour

There was really nothing good about the tour. And this I lay entirely at the feet of the guide. First, the guide (Rodana) did not follow the itinerary listed in the description. Instead of going to the Estates Theater, she led us up to the vicinity of the monastery and the castle. But we never went into the monastery or the castle. Instead, she pointed at them from afar. She gave us no stories about Mozart, no anecdotes. We learned nothing about Mozart that we did not already know. She made no effort to improve that. For some reason, we spent almost an hour at the museum of music, which - it turns out had exactly one Mozart connection. And she never talked about that. We ended at the Estates Theater (grudgingly), but she did not take us inside. The tour was supposed to end at St. Nicholas, but she never took us there. Almost the whole tour was walking from one place to another. It should have been so much more, but it was less than zero. Never again.

The guide is very good, it's a shame we couldn't visit the music museum due to a burst pipe 🙃
