We went on the WW2 and communism tour of Prague with our tour guide, Tony. Tony was an excellent guide and was highly informative and knowledgeable on the subjects. The tour covered a range of sites and is a must for anyone visiting Prague. The tour was well organized by the company, discover-Prague and departed promptly from the meeting point and finished on time. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone interested in this era of history.
A must-do when in Prague! Our guide, Zac, was an excellent historian and storyteller. He paints pictures with his words that make history come alive right in front of you as you walk the streets where major events of Czech history during WWII and the Velvet Revolution took place. My history buff husband and I highly recommend this tour and Zac in particular!
It was very interesting for us to hear what a twenty-something tour guide had to say about the Communist era, since we have actually seen Prague when the iron curtain was still in place. Lo and behold, we felt we learnt something and we were well entertained!
This was an excellent tour with an excellent guide. Mike was friendly, funny and charming and extremely knowledgeable. He had mastered English wit brilliantly and gave a really interesting and fun tour. Would highly recommend this tour and Mike personally!
Our tour guide Caroline was extremely knowledgeable and very informative about Czech history. The nuclear bunker experience was unique and again Caroline brought to life just what it would have been like in those days. Overall thoroughly recommended.
