Pounta

Meet your skipper at the activity provider's shop in the village of Pounta and hop aboard a cozy boat that features a spacious deck with a sunshade. Set off over turquoise waters with the salty breeze on your face on the way to San Nikolas Island. Plunge into the refreshing waters at a spot that is teeming with underwater life. Put on the included snorkeling mask to explore the world beneath the waves, chill out on deck admiring views, or visit the charming church that tops this lush island. Venture to the three little islands that comprise the Padieronissia where the Padieronissia Blue Lagoon entices swimmers with its azure waters. Have an hour of free time to swim and snorkel at this idyllic location before heading off to the island of Fira Antiparos or San Spiridon (depending on weather conditions). Drop anchor at one of these locations for a final swim stop. Be served refreshments and fresh fruits on board returning to your meeting point with unforgettable memories. Enjoy a premium boat trip with max 25 people on a massive 66ft Traditional wooden boat with sunbeds and plenty space for relaxing and moving around so you will never feel overcrouded on board! - We set off daily from Antiparos at 09: 30 and from Pounda port at 10:00. Our first destination is Panteronissia / blue lagoon. On board we will enjoy our morning coffee or juice. When we arrive, we will see shallow azure waters, which are impossible to find at any accessible spot of the island. After our first swim, we will taste exquisite local delicacies, such as marinated fish accompanied with fresh tomatoes from our garden accompanied by ouzo or wine. - Sailing around the rocky coast of southern Antiparos, we will reach our second stop: Mastichari cave. There we will discover small sea caves under white rocks which are suitable for daring cliff jumping. - Then, we will pass by the famous cave of Epitaphios and we will end up in the shallow waters of Despotiko for Greek lunch. We will grill fresh fish or chicken Souvlaki depends your preferences, and enjoy them along with fresh greek salad, potato salad and cold beer. - On our way back, we will stop for a swim at Faneromeni bay and we will enjoy some refreshing fruit. We will be back to the port of Pounda by 16:30 and to Antiparos by 16:45 . Throughout our trip there will be plenty of water and 3 drinks of your choice (soft drinks, juice, wine, ouzo, beer and cocktails .) Let us know in advance if you have any food allergies or if you don’t enjoy seafood, so that we can modify the menu. Minor modifications may be required due to weather conditions. Meet at the activity provider's shop in Pounta Beach before hopping aboard a traditional kaiki boat in the morning. Venture across azure waters on the way to the Padieronissia Blue Lagoon which lies in between three small islands. Jump in the turquoise waters and cool-off in the crystal-clear waters. Enjoy swimming or snorkeling with the included snorkeling gear for about an hour before heading to the famous bay of Panagia Faneromeni. Soak up some fun in this beautiful bay for an hour where you can snorkel along the rocky reef side of the bay. Sail around the coast of southern Antiparos, to Mastichari where there is an ideal place for snorkeling or cliff jumping from white rocks. Have the chance to take some nice photos and videos while you are diving into the sea during this 1-long stop. Venture to the cave of Epitaphios and explore the area under the cave during this hour-long stop. Continue to pne of the lesser-known archaeological sites in Greece at Despotiko. This small, uninhabited islet is very close to Antiparos, in the Cyclades group of islands, not far from Mykonos or Santorini. Visit the island and see the ancient site with an hour-long stop. Head to Psaralki Antiparos where the boat drops anchor, so you can swim and admire the beautiful spot on board while tasting local wine and snacks before heading back to Pounda Port. During the cruise sit in the shade on board until your next dive into the sea. Have access to unlimited refreshments, followed by drinking some local white wine, beer, or ouzo with snacks, and finally a seafood lunch or dinner. As a dessert local, seasonal fruits are served.

Begin the tour with a transfer from your hotel (or a stop located next to your hotel) to Paroikia town where an English-speaking guide will welcome you. Visit Paroikia town, walk to the castle and the church of Saints Constantine and Helen, and see the old town and the most scenic spot of the town. Walk through the alleys, until you arrive at one of the main attractions of Paros, Panagia Ekatontapyliani, one of the oldest churches in the country built around 400 AC., also called the Church with One Hundred Gates. Visit the architectural and archaeological monument, the church of Our Lady of the Hundred Gates, one of Greece's most important pilgrimage sites. Travel next to the port of Pounta to take the ferry to Antiparos Island. Stroll through the picturesque little town of Antiparos Chora and visit the Venetian fortress (15th century) which is still inhabited. Take some free time there for lunch or even to swim. Return by ferry to Paros' Pounta port to begin the route to Lefkes village and explore the former capital of Paros. Admire the architecture of Paros, built amphitheatrically in cruciform shape, at an altitude of 250 meters, at the center of the island. See the village, surrounded by small forest areas, olive groves, vineyards, and pine forests, which cover one side of the village. Stop in Naousa, the beautiful fishing village with all its Cycladic charm. Take a little walk through its small roads and the port with the colorful fishing boats, one of the most picturesque in Greece. Take beautiful photos with an ideal background. End the tour with a transfer back to your hotel or a nearby pickup point.

The wild morphology of the southeast cost surrounded from cliffs plunging into the sea forming a succession of cave including the cave of Mastihari. Several stops for swimming in crystal blue water waters! During the trip, we offer coffee in the morning, snack, and for lunch we grill in our BBQ (chicken or pork skewers) accompanied by salads (2 types), tzatziki, pita bread and of course beverage local white wine, soft drinks, mineral water. For dessert you will enjoy delicious fresh fruits. The return to the port of Pounta is at 16:30. Transfer back to your hotel or a stop located next to it. Due to weather conditions, the itinerary might be modified by the captain and passengers will be informed, to ensure safe and comfortable cruise. Departures are confirmed when the cruise meets minimum participation (20 persons).

Admire amazing views of the neighboring island. Continue by bus to the port of Pounta, and cross the channel by ferry boat to Antiparos. Pass through the villages of Aliki and Drio and reach Piso Livadi for a long stop with free time for eating and swimming. You will explore the picturesque streets of the old town. One Sight-to-see in Paroikia is the Frankish castle, built over an ancient temple of the goddess Athena. Departure to Naoussa. No one can believe that the marina of Naoussa was once a pirate’s den... Free time at the port of Naoussa. Then route to Lefkes, one of the most picturesque villages of Paros, built at the foot of the Mount of Prophet Elias. Visit of the former capital of the island is set in amphitheater-like way on the hillside offering a beautiful sight to visitors. The bus takes you to the port of Pounta, where we will take the ferry to Antiparos. We will stroll through the picturesque little town of Chora and visit the Venetian fortress (15th century) which is still inhabited. The lunch is included in a traditional tavern. Returning to Paros, the excursion continues with Alyki village, where Ms Katerina will open for you the doors of the museum "Scorpios", the work of Mr. Benetos Skiadas, a local seaman. The museum presents a collection of models of the most spectacular ships and in the museum’s garden you will see in miniatures, the most famous monuments of the Cyclades. Around 17:00 the tour ends, and you will be transferred back to your hotel, or a stop located next to it. Departures are confirmed when the tour meets minimum participation (15 persons).

The tour commences in the square of "Pounta." I delve into the Cycladic culture, offering comprehensive insights into the Cyclades and Folegandros. We then explore and discuss an impressive monument from the 4th century BC. Following this, we ascend the serpentine path to the unique church of Panagia, an architectural gem. A visit to the Castro, a UNESCO site, allows us to vividly experience historical narratives, where I elaborate on the castle's structure, significance, pirate attacks, and the general life of its inhabitants. Concluding the tour, we head to Kalderimi to witness the more recent architecture of the 20th century and highlight the shifts in our island's culture with the advent of tourism.

We will sail at 18:00 to the northern side of the island, to reach the remote rocks and the small church of Saint Spyridon, then we will drop our anchor at Fira chanel to swim and enjoy the sunset on board, having our wine and local snacks returning at 21:00. Alternatively (In case that weather does not permit to visit St.Spyridon or if you prefer ) we can visit Panteronissia / Blue lagoon for swimming and finish the trip at Fira chanel to swim and enjoy the sunset on board, having our local wine and snaks.
