Sydney Airport was undergoing renovation Meeting point for the mini-bus pick-up had to be changed but was not conveyed and had to call the company outside the terminal. Fortunately bought a local SIM, and was told pick-up was at Rydges. Driver Constantine was pleasant and helpful, strong too as he had to load and unload the luggage. Clean mini-bus and clearly labelled with company's name on the outside for user identification. Worth the price for direct, private transport to Sydney CBD

Jelle did show us a lot of interesting places with fun back stories and was always friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. The tour was very personalized and a lot of fun.

Amazing, really helpful and made sure I was dropped at the exact location which made me feel secure a solo female traveller.

Communication when and after booking on phone could be better, but transfer was great. Thank you

A Little difficult to find the meeting place but otherwise I great service
