Very informative. The Palace and gardens were really interesting. Our guide, Yasmin, was very knowledgeable and happy to answer questions but we would have liked to walk the length of the Dutch quarter street, it looked interesting from the glimpse we saw of it.

I read some people felt rushed when taking this tour and I was hesitant but I gave it a go. In my opinion, you can enjoy the garden and the palace along with the rest of the Potsdam sights at the time and pace given. Yes, probably you won’t have much time for taking tons of selfies, or maybe you could if you manage the time efficiently. Yasmin was incredible and very knowledgeable. Her English is perfect and she knew how to treat both, German and foreigner tourists (who spoke English). There were things I didn’t expect such and learning about the checkpoints during the West/East Germany era and the bridge of spies along with some other interesting facts. I planned this literally at 23:50 of the previous day and it turned out to be an unforgettable experience. If you can afford the time, do it. It is totally worth it. PS. Our bus driver was a champion!

Guide Yasmin was absolutely incredibly knowledgeable about Postdam , Sanssouci and German history . She kept the whole group very interested on the tour bus to Potsdam and during the garden tour despite the 30° scorchio heat!! I would definitely recommend this tour as we didn’t just drive to Sanssouci, but we detourred via Potsdam centre finding out about history there too!
