It was about 2 hours worth of activities. Definitely very warm and humid — the butterfly house is kept at almost 28 degrees! It's hard to catch the birds because they're constantly hiding in the trees, but other than that, it's a really great experience. I saw a lot of younger kids really enjoy it so great for families. There was so much diversity in the insects on display and the tree cutter ants are a surprising favorite!!

Better than expected. Of course it’s humid inside so go prepared with a T-shirt :). Ideal for kids 3-10 years old. It can feel a bit crowded in the narrow pathway. I recommend it for the cold winter days!

Get entry tickets to the Biosphäre, an indoor tropical botanical garden located in the Volkspark Potsdam. Experience the jungle landscape with over 20,000 beautiful plants and many exotic animals. Discover colorful orchids, climbing plants, and vines, along with cocoa and coffee plants. See free-flying birds, terrariums with insects and reptiles, bird aviaries, and an underwater world. Experience the magic of the Butterfly House as big, colorful and camouflaged butterflies float above you.   In the Aquasphere, experience the sea in a whole new way. Wander through the mangroves and dive into the mystical deep sea. It is shaped by darkness, but also by the illuminating colorfulness of the deep sea fish.

Worth visiting at least once, I would suggest going with kids, I think for only adults it could not be as enjoyable. And go as earlier as you can, we arrived at 11 am and did not regret it.
