This was one thing on my and my friend's bucket list and we found it amazing, even though the weather was not 100%, the panoramic view was wonderful. We visited on a week day so waiting was not an issue, but I can imagine that it gets busy at weekends, school and bank holiday and summer season. I am considering treating my mother to afternoon tea at some point. Having been in the viewing area, anyone with mobility issue should not have a problem visiting the Spinnaker and I think the lift does go up to the cafe floor if you are unable or do not wish to take the stairs.
