The +: The guide was very nice. Punctual. Program respected. Comfortable vehicle. Some beautiful landscapes (2 beaches, the national park and Portobelo). The -: the 2 hours at the beach were long. You have to like swimming (the beach is very beautiful but you have to like the isolation on a beach). Otherwise overall it was good. Nice pictures.
