During the day there will be a stop on land and three swimming stops in the island's bays, in one of which a fish-based lunch will be offered. We will return to port at 5.30pm. The itinerary will be chosen by the captain based on the weather conditions of the day.

In the north-west of Sardinia, in the charming town of Porto Torres, you can go on a guided kayak excursion from a beach easily recognizable thanks to the sculpture of a dolphin on a rock in the middle of the sea: Scogliolungo beach.
