Boat trip is nice, you can see the bridges, even though the Louis bridge is the only one being truly interesting. Audio guide is disapointing: uninteresting, too formal, lacks humor/anecdotes, waiting times filled with loud repetitive music between every voice information. Burmester porto cave visit was okay, our guide was nice, but the wine itself felt cheap, or it’s really not our taste. We found Don Pablo’s porto way better, and even tried some greater options at random restaurants.

We really liked the experience. Easy reservation and punctual departure. Of all the boat options out there, we found it to be the least "commercial" and quiet. No public address imposed, although they have an app available with an audio guide (remember to bring your own headphones). Nice crew. Totally recommended.

Very pleasant to do. We took the tickets on the site and went to pick them up at the ice cream stand in front of the Ramos cellar. There are departures every 1/2 hour and you have to arrive 10 min before or more if you want to be the first and place in front. The only downside is that you have to download the audio guide to your smartphone via a QR code on the seats of the boat, have headphones and it's not very easy to start the audio at the right time.
