After pick up from your hotel by an air-conditioned minivan, head to Porto's historical center where you will take a walking tour to see the most iconic and photographed sights in the city. This includes: one of the most recognized libraries of the world, the Nasoni Tower where you can climb 240 steps to the top of the spiral staircase and enjoy impressive views, and the Cathedral, one of the oldest monuments in the city.
Then, at lunchtime, get the chance to enjoy the best traditional local cuisine.
After, discover the city's magic from the water, on a 50 minute cruise. The tour is conducted in a Rabelo boat, a typically Portuguese boat found on the Douro River. The boats traditionally carried port wine casks from the vineyards at Alto Douro to Vila Nova de Gaia Porto, where the wine was stored and later sold or shipped to other countries.
