Most incredible trip. Crossing the hanging bridge with breathtaking views and hiking over 5 miles through wooden pathways in the eucalyptus forest along the river with spectacular scenery was simply breathtaking. Our guide João was professional, pleasant, and patient and gave us detailed overview of the local history and culture throughout the ride, which made for a rich and informative experience.

It was amazing but be prepared to walk. Our guide, Joao, was very knowledgeable and it was very interesting learning about the history of Portugal. Arouca 516 was breathtaking, Paiva was an amazing walk, Costa Nova and Aveira were very pretty. The food at lunch was also delicious accompanied with some refreshing vinho verde.
