It was an easy booking system on line, with payment 2 days before pick up. We didn’t get the email 24 hours before the pick up as we were told when booking. However we contacted the Chat line and they confirmed everything was fine and we got the email within an hour. The car arrived 15 mins early and was waiting for us outside our Airbnb. Very polite driver and took us safely ti the airport - 20 mins from Sao Domingo - however it was 5am. Normally it takes 30/40 mins. Be sure to allow up to an hour to get through security at the airport as the queues can be VERY long

Really great once in a lifetime experience, with a lot of interesting information about the national park, animals and plants you can find in the park. If you have any chance of making this tour, you should definitely book it! Pedro and Rita are amazing, very nice and knowledgeable people who will assure you a great time. The lunch which is included was also very great! We could get a taste of the local food which was freshly made, even got a very nice bottle of the so called local „green vine“. 10 out of 10 totally worth it !

Our guide Richardo was very friendly and knowledge about the national park and Porto. The kayak and hike was the perfect pace, he adjusted based on the group skill level. Food was fantastic! Overall a wonderful experience!

Josue was an amazing tour guide - very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour and would highly recommend Josue. Thank you for making our visit so memorable!
