Full description

Start the day with a stop in the beautiful Town and visit its historical center. Continue to the beautiful region of the Douro Valley, where you have the chance to stop to appreciate its beauty, serenity, and terraces of vineyards known as the stairs of the giants, and its farms and villages along the hills. Arriving in Pinhao, visit one of the most beautiful train stations in Portugal, then take a cruise to relax and enjoy the unique landscapes that this region offers. Later, visit two of the most beautiful and renowned wine estates and enjoy an included wine tasting. Take advantage of this moment to taste Port wine.

Journée exceptionnelle avec notre guide "Delphin", très gentil, galant, attentionné, connaissant sa région et ses habitants. Il nous a trouvé le meilleur endroit pour manger à midi, et des endroits magnifiques pour des points de vue, des dégustations de vin ou de porto ou des pâtisseries locales. On en est revenu les yeux pleins d'étoiles. Je conseille vivement.

The highlight of our trip to Portugal. Delfim exceeded our expectations on our private tour of Douro Valley. It was fantastic, one of the best tours I had. The guide was really friendly and listened to all of our requests to make it more personal and flexible. The tour is a good selection of a family style vinery and a larger factory. you can decide how much time you want to invest in each. The car was a nice Mercedes for a smooth ride. Lunch is at a really good restaurant with a-la-cart.
