    Our guide, Ricardo, was superb. He was very personable, knowledgeable and insightful - not your average guide where you tune out after 10-15 minutes. His English was impeccable and his History background made the city’s history come alive for us. He was wonderful and highly recommended.

    Fantastic tour gave us SO MUCH interesting information about Porto and its history, its rivalry with Lisbon and Portugal’s rivalry with Spain, as well as the competition between the church and the merchants for control of the city’s development. Ricardo, a history teacher, was our guide and was able to answer every question and give colour to the information. Highly recommend.

    Spanish/English speaking guide can’t recall her name, a beautiful young married woman. Extremely knowledgeable , so pleasant and passionate about Porto as well if her home in Columbia. A pleasure! We had a small group of six which was wonderful! Would thoroughly recommend her and the walking tour.
