Victor was very personable & knowledgeable and very accommodating. However, your comment box is extremely difficult to use, as you cannot see what you are typing. this drives me crazy, and would stop me from rating again. this has nothing to do with our guide. you need to talk to your IT team and get this sorted.

The long cruise along the Douro from Porto was excellent, passing through the two locks was a unique experience and the scenery along the river was amazing. The organisation of the bus back to Porto was chaotic, this should be much better organised. It was a stressful end to a very peaceful cruise.

Amazing tour!! Ricardo was an excellent tour guide and brought so much fun and knowledge to the bus journey. The wine tasting, lunch and scenery were great. It was the highlight of our trip to Porto and we would highly recommend! Thanks Ricardo and all!
