It was a great day little late leaving so we couldn’t stop at the coffee shop instead 1/2 the group went straight to the boat other half went to the winery then switched, great boat trip down the river and nice winery tour back on the bus to another winery for lunch which was the highlight of our trip plus a tasting back on the bus to come back at 6pm as advertised overall I would recommend this day trip.

We had a wonderful day ,met some great people , great wine, and we ignored the rain. It did stop raining at the most opportune times.

The trip was brilliant. The weather in Douro valley is warmer than Porto, with amazing scenery. Igor really made the trip with his personality and knowledge. The activities were all good, starting with a stop off for refreshments, a short boat trip on the douro, then a visit to a vineyard for wine and food, and lastly a stop at a port bar/shop. I would highly recommend this trip to anyone. There is plenty of wine and port and really stunning scenery.
