At the ticket office we were told that there is no need to change the voucher. It resulted in a discussion with the bus driver who did not want to accept the printed voucher at first. Only when I showed him the picture of the blue bus on my online-ticket, he printed out new tickets for us. This should not happen. Apparently the bus drivers do not know that you can buy tickets online. The bus routes are nice but they take too long due to the traffic jams along the way (the whole route takes at least 1.5 hours).

We found the wine cellar your excellent and the boat cruise, but the bus tour was not informative at all. The pre recorded narration was not in synch at all with where we were on our tour. It was ridiculous. We were looking at things that did not match the recording. We gave up in the end and just looked at the scenery. Very disappointing as we wanted to find out about Porto’s buildings, monuments and history.

Wine cellars were good with a very knowledgeable guide. Tasted two wines afterwards. River cruise was a nice way to see Porto from a different view. Personally, would not bother with the bus as it gets stuck in traffic and not alot of commentary.... Walk or uber.
