At the beginning of the pickup window shown on the ticket, please stand outside the hotel lobby doors and look for a Sprinter van. Your guide will arrive within the 15-minute pickup window listed. If you are being picked up at the Hilton Portland Downtown (921 S.W. Sixth Ave, Portland), please stand on the Broadway side of the hotel and look for a Sprinter van. If you are being picked up at the Hyatt Regency Portland (at the Oregon Convention Center on 375 NE Holladay St) please stand at the valet station. Drivers will wait no longer than 5 minutes after the scheduled pickup time.
