We always do Hop on Hop off tours when visiting large cities. This was the worse experience we have ever had. The pickup location was poorly communicated, and times had been changed without notification. The actual tour route had been cut short without notification as well. The operator/tour guide was extremely disappointing, very monotone, and clearly was not enthusiastic about her job. Improvements need to be made to represent your city to future tourist!

The ride was fine. The guide did know the area and was good. However, there was a lot of waiting for the trolley. Maybe they should consider adding more to the fleet and one moving in the opposite direction.

The trolley hop on time is every hour, which I think is quite inconsistent, and it doesn't always show up on time. I would suggest staying on the trolley as it goes through the whole route so that you get to have a tour of the city before choosing which stop to get off at. Honestly would have been cheaper and more efficient paying for an Uber to get from one place to another.
