    Enjoy a day of thrills at PortAventura, Spain's largest theme park, just 45 minutes away from Barcelona by train. Explore the universe, divided into 6 distinct destinations, each with attractions for all ages; unique gastronomy; and typical products to purchase as souvenirs.

    This year many surprises await you at PortAventura Park. From February 17 to March, enjoy the Carnival of Carnivals at PortAventura Park. Make your way around the park to the samba beats and let yourself be carried away by their parades and shows.

    Have fun in Mexico, the Wild West, Imperial China, and Polynesia. With more than 37 attractions, from roller coasters to water slides and skydiving simulators to cowboy shows, there’s something for everyone.

    The exotic landscape of Polynesia is a gift for the senses. Sounds, colors, and sensations will transport you to paradise. Explore the world of the Mediterranean, ideal for those who crave the tranquillity of a traditional fishing village.

    Have fun in China and go to the Far West to enjoy cowboy dances and shows. Indulge your inner child and put a smile back on your face at the new Sesame Street rides, where Bert and Ernie await old and young alike.

    Coming mid-2023, enjoy the grand opening of Uncharted, PortAventura's new dark roller coaster based on the universe of the Sony Pictures film starring Tom Holland. This new ride promises to be one of the year’s greatest experiences.

    Present your voucher at the entrance turnstiles. The Theme Park is located just over 1-hour from Barcelona Airport and only 15 minutes from Reus Airport. The park has its own train station, and a direct exit off the AP-7, which will allow you to get to Port Aventura in no time.     Great prices through GetYourGuide. Saved a good amount on gate prices. Having the tickets on your phone means no ticket queues. Portaventura was fabulously decorated for Christmas with loads of photo opportunities. It was busy but nothing like during summer months. Only 30 mins for Dragon Khan. Downside - the water rides- log flumes and Tutuki splash not open in winter but River Rapids were open. Great family day out

    if your plan is to do all the extreme rides and you have enough money to buy the express tickets, buy it. I understand the priority for those who bought the express tickets but on some rides, it felt like it was only for them. We waited for 3 hours with one ride while the rest were 20-30 minutes.

    Great day out with small kids- 7, 5, 2 years old. The main problem was the older 2 kids often needed an adult to accompany, but one adult had to stay outside with the 2 year old. Kids loved all the rides and it wasn't too busy. Glad to have hired a double buggy for €15; it was well worth it.
