There is no parking on the Hotel and Marina property. Please park on Main St. Which is metered or across the street in the residential neighborhood. Walk down the long driveway of the Knickerbocker Bay Club building. The boat is located at the end of the dock in front of the Fathoms Hotel & Marina.

  • The boat is equipped with a bathroom and kitchen
