Addo Elephant National Park All Inclusive Full-Day Safari

Our day Safari with Sidwell was an excellent experience. Sidwell is a very polite and considerate guide who will cater the tour to your expectations. We asked to look for black rhinos and lions and we spent a generous part of our trip looking for them but sadly didn’t see them. However we did see secretary birds, zebras, kudus, hyenas, warthogs and had incredible up close elephant experiences. Sidwell’s knowledge of birds is sound. The tour picked us up at 8.40 in Gqberha so we didn’t arrive at the National park until 10.20. The sightings came thick and fast to begin with and then after lunch went very quiet. This ties in with many safaris I’ve done before both on land and marine and early morning is best for spotting wildlife. I feel the tour could start 2/3 hours beforehand to make the best of the day. The tour was reasonably good value for money but stood out as the most expensive activity we did on South Africa so gets a 4/5. We were satisfied with the animals we saw on t

A great day safari, Sidwell was an amazing guide with lots of information on the park, Port Elizabeth and all of the animals. He arrived on time and made the day very enjoyable. We saw lots of elephants, three lions, some buffalo and zebras. Highly recommend
