Was very fortunate to have great weather and calm seas (mid Oct) The day was "as per brochure" with all the stars turning up ... Nemo and friends Bruce (reef shark) and Crush (a very relaxed green sea turtle) Seriously it was amazing snorkelling amongst the plentiful, colourful, varied reef fish and other marine life amongst beautiful coral formations like underwater mountains. I spent approx 5 hours in the water and was still in awe of the beauty I was seeing. When on the boat the organisation was smooth and informative, with ease of preparing to snorkel, sessions to educate about the reef and some of its coral and marine species. Staff were knowledgeable and assisted with whatever was necessary. The ground crew at the "check in" office were also really helpful. It was a truely a great day out!

The trip was well organised and the staff professional, helpful and friendly. It was a rough day on the sea and they were kind and helpful to those with sea sickness. A bit more food and access to water tea and coffee throughout the day would have been good.

I came on this trip with my family - my parents (in their 70s) had never snorkelled before and were nervous but wanted to experience the Great Barrier Reef. The staff were amazing and assisted my mother in the water, building up her confidence and allowing her to experience the reef - it is an experience she will not forget! They were knowledgeable and there was plenty of food available throughout the day.
