The trip from Porec to Venice was well organised and left on time with good infirmation from the guides on biard who spoke all languages. Bar on board sold a good variety of food and drink. Coming back we left a little bit later than planned and the crossing was slightly longer which meant we almost missed dinner at the hotel. However overall a great trip and a beautiful city to visit in a day.

It seemed very well organised and overall I had an enjoyable day in Venice. Even spotted a few TV stars!! The boat left at 7.30am and we reached Venice in around 3hrs. There are snacks available but I took my own. There are also extras you can add to the tour. The full package is €90. I choose only the transfers but not lunch. There are many places to choose from, although pricey so look around. Disembarking was quick and the guides split into walking or boat transfer to St Marks square. There is then free time or the lunch then back to the square for the free talk at 1.30pm. You get plenty of time in Venice to explore, eat and take pictures. Its around 4.5 hrs, especially if you don't do the guided tour. The only negatives were that at the talk 2 groups joined together so it was hard to hear everything. Also after the panoramic taxi, there was no guide to show the direction to the port for boarding. At least 1 guide should be there as the group is split between 4-5 taxi boats.

Everything was good. We enjoyed boat ride, boat crew was super nice. We had around 5h of free time in Venice because we left Porec later than it was expected. Passport control in Venice went pretty fast as for Italian standards. We didn’t take part in any additional activities (gondola ride, speedboat tour etc) that we could book and buy on the boat because we found them cheaper on GetYourGuide and we didn’t want to waste time on waiting for other people. This 5h were enough for us to walk around the Venice, make photos, got lost and find good, normally priced restaurant!
