I boarded a 7 hours cruise without a single penny in cash. I ordered a cup of coffee and immediately was told that I cant pay with a card. The gentleman taking my order was so welcoming and kind that he gave me a cup of coffee on the house. The trip was very nice and very comfortable. Despite rainy day, the sights were beautiful and refreshing. Guess what? On the way back, the same gentleman, gave me another cup of coffee on the house and that is just.....amazing. I thank y'all again for your hospitality and would highly recommend the activity

We were picked up directly from our hotel and dropped off again later. Our tour guide Winfried made the day very pleasant for us with lots of knowledge but also with casual jokes. It was really fun. Many thanks to Winfried and our driver Oleg.

I could get off in Werder, Havel and look at the beautiful city. Then I could take the regional train from Werder Havel back home, Berlin Wannsee.

It was very positive that the ship wasn't full to the last seat. It was an entertaining and relaxing trip.

A wonderful trip. It felt like a day on holiday. Very nice service on board. I'd love to go again!
