We really enjoyed this tour. Much easier to navigate with a guide. We stayed another hour after the tour to see some more sites but you would need much longer to do it all as it’s so vast. This was the perfect amount of time for us though to see the highlights. Take water and wear comfortable shoes and hat.

Gemakkelijk te vinden (ligt aan het treinstation), fijne groepsgrootte met een leuke gids. Daarbij kregen we een oortje waarmee we konden luisteren naar de uitleg van de gids, hierdoor hoefden we niet constant in een kring om hem heen te staan. De duur van de tour was perfect, alle highlights bekeken en daarna zelfstandig door Pompeï kunnen wandelen.

Rossella, la nostra guida, ha reso la visita davvero interessante con tante informazioni e curiosità sul sito archeologico e la storia di Pompei. Due ore per visitarlo tutto sono poche, ma consiglio tantissimo di affidarsi ad una guida per vivere l’esperienza in modo più completo ed immersivo! (Tour di durata più lunga sono super consigliati) Al termine del tour Rossella ci ha anche consigliato come proseguire la visita in autonomia nel migliore dei modi.
