We reached in Kathmandu at 6:30pm. But at 3:30pm the air condition stopped working. As the glasses of bus were fixed it was not possible to enter any air from outside. Inside there was too much hot and felt suffocated! That 3 hours were the worst time though we paid for air conditioned bus to make our journey comfortable. It was waste of money!

Thank you for your feedback on the Pokhara to Kathmandu journey. We're very sorry for the discomfort caused by the AC issue, which overheated on a steep, under-construction road. As announced, there was no place for maintenance en route. We also hope your Kathmandu to Pokhara VIP 2x1 sofa trip was comfortable, though it wasn’t mentioned. The issue has now been resolved.

The ride was good, but they drop us off in the middle of nowhere, not in the topical bus place… seems to be an agreed place for the taxis to get business… Also there are other companies with better coaches. Mine didn’t have USB connections to charge the phone.
