Itinerary:
Day 1: Nayapul to Ulleri (5-6 hours)
Embark on an early morning 1-hour drive from Pokhara to Nayapul, then commence the trek to Ulleri (1940 m). Follow the Modi Khola river, passing through the quaint village of Birethanti. After a few hours of hiking, arrive at Tikedhunga and finally reach the Magar village of Ulleri. Overnight stay at the lodge.
Day 2: Ulleri to Ghorepani (4-5 hours)
After breakfast, continue the trek to Banthali (2250 m), and proceed through oak and rhododendron forests, reaching Nangathanti (2460 m). The trail then ascends uphill for an hour, leading you to Ghorepani (2870 m). Spend the night at the lodge.
Day 3: Poon Hill Hike & Return to Pokhara
At daybreak, embark on a 1-hour hike to Poon Hill (3210 m), the most renowned Himalayan viewpoint. Be captivated by the Himalayan sunrise, offering breathtaking vistas of Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, Nilgiri, Himchuli, and Machhapuchchhre.
After enjoying the sunrise, head back to your lodge for breakfast. Proceed with a trek to Hille and then embark on a 3-hour drive back to Pokhara, where you will be dropped off at your hotel.
