Day 1 : After an hours drive in a private vehicle from Pokhara, begin your trek at Birethanti, a large village with many shops and teahouses. Start walking from Birethanti and after ascending steeply for the first 2 hours, ascend gently to reach at Ulleri, a large Magar village at an altitude of 2,070m. Stay overnight at a guest house.
Day 2: Follow the path for breathtaking views of Machapuchare mountain (6997m), Hiunchuli peak (6441m), and the grand Annapurna (7219m) south on the way. Follow the quite easy trail, passing forest and rhododendron trees on the way to Ghorepani. Then, stay overnight at aguest house.
Day 3: Take a one hour early morning hike to Poon Hill (3232m) which offers you the sunrise view over Mt. Dhaulagiri (8167m), Tukuche Peak (6920m.), Nilgiri (6940m), Varaha Shikhar (7847m), Mt. Annapurna I (8091m), Annapurna South (7219m), Annapurna III (7855m), Machhapuchhare (6993m), Annapurna IV (7525m), Annapurna II (7937m), Lamjung Himal (6931m) and other numerous snowcapped mountains.
Hike down to Ghorepani and after a hot breakfast at the Lodge, trek to Tadapani (2650m). For the most part of the trail, enjoy a trek through the colorful jungle of pine and rhododendron trees. Then, stay overnight at a guesthouse.
Day 4 : Today, follow a trail which descends down through forests to Ghandruk for easy trekking and a gentle descent all the way through rhododendron, oak and other kinds of dense forests. Then, enjoy Ghandruk, a big Gurung village and the home to many Gorkha soldiers as well as one of the more popular destinations for trekkers because of its beautiful mountain views. Later, explore the Gurung village before staying overnight at a guesthouse.
Day 5: Take an easy trek to descend from Ghandruk all the way down to Kimchi before crossing Seulibazzar via Birethanti and finally driving back to Pokhara.
