Was a fine tour. Guide was well informed and entertaining. Have a clearly designated standing area to board the trolley. We got there early for the premium trip were first in line stood where the curbside agent told us to stand. And then another late arrival couple was escorted by another ticket agent to the front of the line, the agent didn’t clearly have a process for a line and considering that some people have a preference to sit in the very front. Consider tinting the top 12” - 18” of the windows. We were fortunate to have a very bright and sunny day and the ride was bright and almost hot at times. These are minor details that could improve the experience. Overall it was a good ride and there are no other improvements I can recommend

Very interesting tour. Our guide, Ty(?), was excellent. Told us all about the area and had morsels of information that really stood out, especially at the high school and the scene of the earthquake collapsed neighborhood. Highly recommend.

Our tour guide was great and very informative. I wish the tour included more historical sites to learn more about the area.

Everyone was wonderful! John was our guide and made the whole experience amazing! 5 stars!!
