    Our guide Dafi was very good, comunicative and helpfull. The van was new, with a good driver. Plovdiv is a beatifull city. Not sure if it is always like that, but worth mention that the group was mainly elderly and families.

    Our guide, Stoyan (hope that’s spelled right), was amazing. He was so knowledgeable about everything Bulgarian and was patient with all our questions. He knew all the right places to stop and was in no hurry to get us home. It was an amazing day (even with the rain) in the beautiful Rhodope Mountains outside Plovdiv.

Rila and Boyana are a must see in Bulgaria. The tour was great, and Lubo, our guide, made it fantastic. He's very knowledgeable and passionate, and explains not only the history of the sites, but also the history and culture of the country itself. Would definitely do it again!

The visits of the monastery and the forteress were really nice. Kamen is a good local guide. He has a deep konwledge about both monuments. I highly recommand it.
