Discover the beautiful Sevilla, the capital city of Andalusia. We'll pick you up at one of the meeting points, during the trip to Sevilla, the accompanying guide will tell curiosities about the landscape and the city. Then you will have a 30 minutes stop for breakfast. Arrival in Seville with panoramic views of the city and the Guadalquivir river. Stop at the María Luisa Park, where the famous Plaza de España, site of the 1929 Expo, is located. You will visit the Plaza de España, then it is time to visit the Barrio de Santa Cruz, one of the oldest and most iconics neighborhoods in Seville, with a unique Andalusian air. After the visit, you will have 3-4 hours of free time, where you can have lunch and it is recommended to visit the Cathedral of Seville and its Giralda. Stroll along the banks of the Guadalquivir river with the beautiful Triana bridge, see the Torre del Oro or go to Plaza de la Encarnación, where the Metropol Parasol (Las Setas) is located with unique views from above. Finally at the time and place indicated by the guide, return to the Costa del Sol.

This day trip will depart from your hotel or apartment in Malaga or Marbella. Admire scenic views of the Andalusian countryside on the drive to Ronda. On arrival, see the dramatic El Tajo gorge, an iconic natural landmark that divides the town into old and new districts. Your guide Thomas or Peter will explain the history of Ronda, its gastronomy and customs. You can take photographs of the connecting Puente Nuevo bridge and then set out to explore the town with your guide. Wander through the atmospheric Plaza de España and visit the sacred buildings of the Church of St Mary the Elder and the Church of the Holy Spirit. Learn about the town’s rich historical heritage from your guide before walking to Plaza de Toros, the oldest bullring in Spain. Visit the museum to see exhibits that eloquently describe Spanish bullfighting traditions and see framed photographs of famous bullfight fans like Orson Welles and Ernest Hemingway. Cross the gorge and enter the Moorish part of the city. Here you can truly appreciate the rugged and beautiful landscape. There are many attractions worth visiting in Ronda. The Arab Baths, built at the end of the 13th century, are the best preserved in Spain. The old wall and gate to the city give a unique glimpse into Ronda´s Islamic past. The Palacio de Mondragon houses the municipal museum and has some spectacular gardens. The Jardines de Cuenca (Cuenca Gardens) should not be missed as they are located on ledges over the Tajo and offer spectacular views of the countryside and city. Spend the rest of your time in Ronda exploring at your leisure (you will have time for lunch) and then return to your hotel, and accommodation.

We will start the tour from the indicated pick-up point in the direction of Seville, where we will arrive in approximately 2h 30 min. The city is located in the south of the Iberian Peninsula, on the left bank of the Guadalquivir River, a navigable river that makes this city a river port. Seville is the most populated city in Andalusia, with a historical and monumental heritage and its diverse scenic and cultural spaces make it a host city for national and international tourism. Many different cultures have been present in the history of Seville, as their legacy has shaped over the centuries the cultural, monumental and artistic heritage that we can admire in its streets. We will make a panoramic visit during which we will have a stop with free time in the famous Plaza de España. Once in the historical heart of the city we will find the Barrio de Santa Cruz of Arab and Jewish origin, we will walk through its narrow streets that will lead us to one of the largest Cathedrals in the world and declared World Heritage Site (Entrance and guided tour). Seville is the city with the most catalogued monuments in Europe, which makes it stand out in a remarkable way in this aspect.
