Rasha was a wonderful ambassador to the city of Granada! She was very knowledgeable about the historic sites and shared much about the past. Chatting about current life was very interesting too. We were thankful that she took time to help orient us around the area so we could find our way without her help. This tour was our first experience in Granada and gave us the background to learn more on our own explorations of the city and to connect to the information shared on subsequent tours.

Our guide (Francesco) was personable and evidently very knowledgeable about Granada, having been born and bred there. He paced the tour well, as there are some steep slopes and stairs. It certainly isn't suitable for anyone who has even the slightest mobility problems. Flat shoes are essential. Would recommend the tour to get a good insight to these areas. He gave some useful information at the end of the tour re restaurants and flamenco shows.

We had a wonderful afternoon with Diego. He was very knowledgeable and explained the history of the neighbourhoods we visited very well, with recommendations of places to visit afterwards. Our youngest is only 9, but they were really accommodating and found a bike to fit her and Diego was patient and supportive on the ride, making sure she was safe and could keep up. Thank you for a memorable afternoon!

This was definitely the best experience to start our trip to Granada. To be able to e-bike all those hills in Albaicin and Sacromonte with our amazing tour guide Simon, we were able to enjoy an unforgettable experience full of the best views of Granada thanks to his knowledge and expertise of the area. We highly recommend to book a tour with this company, it’s totally worth it.
