We loved this tour.! The scenery was breathtaking and the staff really incredible. We felt very safe the entire time. It is a must do when you visit this area as Isla Mujeres is spectacular. The buffet was organized well and we had our own area of the restaurant. The food in the buffet was fine and the drinks were served quickly so that we had time to go to the lovely little beach area. Just a note that the Ice Bar is not included and it is $18 US to go in. Coming from Canada I did not care as we have enough ice and snow. The water was so beautiful! It really feels like you are in a dream. We enjoyed getting off the boat for an hour to see some of the island - yes it would be great to have more time but I can understand how hard it is to fit in all of the stops and activities. I have to really compliment the staff. It felt like they wanted you to have the best time that you could and they really deserve any tips you can give them.

Pretty well organized. Our driver picked us almost an hour late, no his fault. Other guests were late. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience, but people were using sunscreen and insect repellent despite being told it was not allowed for ecological reasons. Though our experience was priceless, the habitat is more important than our experience. Perhaps this should not be open to tourism. The staff was great. Plenty of drinks in our way to the islands. The food was ok, nothing great. Contoy island is beautiful, isla mujeres is nice too. Amazing beach

Fernando and Alexia are two top guides, they care about nature and know everything about it. They joke and chat, are genuinely interested and are happy to show you part of the beautiful surroundings. It is a nice combination between the adrenaline of buggy driving through the jungle and relaxing in a breathtaking "private" Cenote. You look your eyes out. I recommend everyone to do this when in Mexico! ****** six stars!

AMAZING!!! seriously this is a must do if you’re in Tulum. Martin was a great guide. we saw turtles, dolphins, a reef shark, a crocodile, hundreds of fish and beautiful birds. they give you snorcheling equipment. we enjoyed it so much. totally worth the money.

Staff at phocea were great, nice dive relaxed and fun, smoothly done:-)
