Most amazing tour. If you have one choice for a tour choose this one!! Cris was a great guide and made sure to take plenty of photos and videos so we could document and relive the whole thing. The buggy ride was so much fun and then ending up at the cenote was one of the prettiest things I’ve ever seen. It was just us and another couple from our tour so we had the entire cenote to ourselves. I’ve done a couple cenote tours before and this was so much better. No touristy over crowded place just a quick walk through the jungle and you’re completely secluded in the cenote. It was better than I could have even imagined. Buggy’s were easy and safe to drive and we got to switch driving after the cenote swim so we both got a chance to try driving them.
100% amazing! Was very well organised and would recommend to anyone. Picked up from our hotel exactly on time and arrived to the park about half an hour later. Was greeted by our leader Alejandro (Alex) who made everything very easy and enjoyable. There is a shop there were you can buy basically anything you need, and lockers which is very useful. After each activity there wasn’t a lot of hanging around but we had the chance to go to the lockers if we needed. There was 8 people in our group so it was perfect and no one felt pressured into doing anything they didn’t want too. The food at the end was very nice aswell there was options for everyone. I would definitely recommend this to everyone, a very good price for how good it was!
This was an incredible adventure!! It started raining and made the ATV trails one of a kind experience. Our tour guides Frida, Giovanni, Bohish, Ale and Jessi were amazing, well informed, safety was there main priority and fun!! Journey to the under water caves was breathtaking!! Very spiritual and amazing place. Frida was extremely knowledgeable on the entire cave, species and spiritual aspects of the Mayan traditions. Pictures and videos are great but you have to be there to have the ultimate experience. When you visit Playa Del Carmen you have to book ATV and Cave tour. You will not be disappointed!! I will definitely book again next time I'm back in town!! Salute!!
Events were fine. You don’t get to let loose on the ATVs w/such large groups. Trails are narrow so it’s safer moving slower. A girl was injured in an ATV accident and the team had no first aid kit to deal with a deep wound. No first aid kit. No person on staff with medical knowledge. This is a fail considering the activities are all semi dangerous.
This was a great tour! Our family loved it because it was a small group that provided personal friendly service. Very low key we really lived the jungle ride through the jungle!
