We had Sergio as our guide. He was informative, humorous, extremely friendly and accommodating. He taught us a lot about Mayan culture and is an EXPERT at Chichén Itzá. The food included on the tour was incredible and we greatly enjoyed Chichén Itzá and the village of Hubiku. The bus was clean and comfortable.

It’s the best tour our guide Sergio was absolutely amazing he was so knowable about every place we visited. The best part outside of Chichen Itzá was the food at the cenote it was amazing . We traveled we a group of 21 people and everyone loved the food couldnt believe how good it was

Enjoyed the experience overall, it’s just a really long day. Probably about 3 hours of the day includes picking everyone up from their hotels and dropping them off. They really do try their hardest to make it as seamless as possible - having smaller vans pick people up in different locations that then bring them to the larger tour bus. I think this experience would be nicer with smaller group sizes. But it was a nice day, just be prepared for an extremely long one. We got back to our hotel in Playa del Carmen after 8pm. Worth it to see and experience Chichen Itza. Guides were very knowledgeable and helpful. Would have probably appreciated a little less trying to sell us additional products/souvenirs while on the tour.
