This Sian Ka'an Biosphere tour was truly unforgettable! From the moment we were picked up at my hotel at 6:45 am (a huge plus that they offer pickup!), the experience was seamless. I especially appreciated the included breakfast, as it meant I didn't have to worry about finding food so early. The boat trip through the three stunning lakes was a highlight. The landscapes were absolutely breathtaking, and we were lucky enough to spot both a crocodile and manatees in their natural habitat! Reaching the Boca Paila beach was the cherry on top, it was simply stunning. And floating through the canal was very relaxing. Our guide, Nubia, was fantastic. Her friendly and helpful demeanor made the tour even more enjoyable. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the biosphere and spoke three languages: Spanish, English and French, which was incredibly helpful for the diverse group on our tour. Overall, this tour was excellent and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tulum.

Very efficient for the most part. If what you want is a fairly quick tour round the main sights with a bit of free time at the end, this is perfect. I got a bit confused as to the options available during the buying process, and the messages received once you’ve booked are a bit contradictory. The instructions tell you to bring swimming costume and a towel, even if you’re not visiting a cenote. Also when you’re told to be ready for 6:40am away from your hotel, and you don’t get going until after 6:50 because the driver is buying a coffee, that slightly defeats the point of a ‘beat the crowds’ tour that is designed to get there early. But these are minor points! The driver was safe and drove well, and the guide was knowledgable and interesting. There was no hard sell of anything outside the tour. And finally what an amazing place to visit! Superb.

I had signed up for this “Express” tour thinking that we’d be taken to Tulum, then back to our hotel. We were picked up a little late but that’s okay, and when our drivers arrived, were told we were on the Tulum tour with a cenote stop also. That’s not what I signed up for, but since we were flexible in our day, we went along. It did make for a long day though. The tour guide, Tomas, was excellent with information and storytelling, and our driver Miguel was very safe. Tulum was gorgeous and we wish we could’ve gone onto the beach but it was blocked off. The cenote was beautiful and relaxing even though we did not swim. We definitely recommend using this tour company. If only it wasn’t a rainy day!

Oscar kept us informed about our activities and safety of us all in group was a high priority. I did have difficulty hearing and Oscar was happy to go over the instructions again. Stephen helped us all with snorkelling as some in the group had not done this activity before. Thank you for a wonderful experience and I am only too willing to recommend this activity.

Maybe build a second cenote? One above ground and one underground!
