Rodrigo and Alexis were great informative and engaging guides! The only suggestion I have is to let travellers know how many stairs there are to get down to the cenote … I have mobility issues and wouldn’t have attempted the cenote if I knew there were so many stairs

Not much time in Chichtzen itza, despite this being the highlight of the tour. Unnecessary stop in Valladolid and too much time at the cenote. the tour itself could be better structured

Frank did a remarkable job explaining in both Spanish and English. Though consider having just English or just Spanish trips to enable more explanation in one language. Enjoyed the refreshing dip at the cenote. Would have liked a bit more time in Valladolid. Bus was less spacious for leg room than many, and air con didn't seem to reach the back. People - follow instructions and avoid the toilet. It reeked when people opened the door in afternoon.
