Begin with an early morning pickup from your hotel in the Cusco historic center. Relax on the scenic drive to Chinchero where you can step back in time at the archaeological sites and stroll through its colorful artisan market. Head to the town of Maras and capture pictures of the sprawling salt mines where salt has been gathered from hillside pools since Inca times. Continue to the mountain-surrounded town of Urubamba for a delicious buffet lunch. After lunch, travel to Ollantaytambo, to take in the Ollantaytambo ruins where there is a a massive Inca fortress, a Sun Temple, and the Princess Baths fountain. Finally, visit the town of Pisac to discover the the Pisac archaeological site and go for a stroll in a vibrant artisan market. Return to the city of Cusco in the early evening and be dropped off in the main square where you can find a nice place to have dinner after your tour. Note: Because we will be visiting 5 tourist atractions, take a note that the time to visit each one will be limited and the information will be given on the bus.

During this Sacred Valley day tour, go to the must-visit sites of Cusco and have a chance to try traditional Incan beer. Get picked up from your hotel in Cusco's city center and head to your first stop, Mirador Taray.  Take in the spectacular views of the Andes and the Sacred Valley to prepare for your day of discovery.  Continue to the town of Pisac, the site of a popular market. See how locals dye alpaca wool with natural plants of the region. Visit the archaeological site and see its terraces, Incan cemeteries, and royal buildings.  Afterward, move on to Moray to learn about the history of the Incas and wonder at their mysterious circular terraces. Head to the nearby village of Maras and learn about its history as a center for salt production at the Maras Salt Mines. Admire the unique quilt work of over 3,000 salt ponds spilling into the Sacred Valley. From here, go to Urubamba and enjoy a buffet lunch at a local restaurant. Continue with a drive along the Urubamba River towards the town of Ollantaytambo to visit the ruins. Marvel at the remarkable Incan architecture built during the Incan Empire's heyday. In addition to the ruins, see an amazing rock formation that represents the Incan god of Wiracocha. After your time at the ruins, choose to return to Cusco with your guide or to stay in Ollantaytambo so you can continue your personal travels to Machu Picchu.

DAY 1: We will start this great adventure with the pick up from your hotel at 8:00 am to go to the Sacred Valley of the Incas, Pisac, Colonial Inca, discover one of the Inca archaeological sites, on top of the mountain with impressive stone walls, agricultural terraces, irrigation systems and the largest cemetery of the Inca Empire. Time to shop at the craft market, where artisans sell their ceramics, textiles, jewelry, Andean instruments, alpaca products, and souvenirs. We will continue our trip of approximately 1 hour through the Sacred Valley to Urubamba where we will have time to have lunch in one of the local restaurants that offers several traditional dishes, made with fresh products. In the afternoon, visit the archaeological complex of Ollantaytambo, where you can appreciate the technique with which the Incas worked the stone, the last Inca citadel standing. The city is built on ancient Inca buildings. Explore the archaeological site of the city that has temples, terraces, warehouses and a large Inca monolith. Next, we will depart by train from the Ollantaytambo station, we will arrive at the Aguas Calientes station, where our staff will assist you to stay in one of the hotels in Aguas Calientes. (Select between a tour with or without accommodation). DAY 2: In the morning the guide will pick you up at the hotel to board the transport that will ascend an intricate path giving us a spectacular view of the Urubamba River that shapes the famous canyon. The Lost City of the Incas, Machu Picchu, will welcome you with its incredible terraces, stairways, ceremonial precincts and urban areas where energy emanates from all over the place. After a guided tour, you will have the opportunity to have lunch in one of the restaurants in the area. At the coordinated time, we will return by train and we will be transferred to the hotel in Cusco, ending with a great experience.

Day 1: Tour Sacred Valley Maras Moray Salt mines. It starts with the pick up from the hotel at 6:30 am to go to our first destination "Chinchero" where we will visit the archaeological site and the colonial temple. Continuing we will visit the agricultural laboratory of "Moray" where we will find agricultural terraces, we will also visit the salt ponds "Salineras" that are exploited since the Inca period. Then we will go to the town of Urubamba where we will have free time to enjoy an Andean buffet lunch. After that, we will go to the town of Ollantaytambo where we will visit the archaeological part, this town is also located at the train terminal where some travelers will stay to take their train to Aguas Calientes. Continuing with our trip our last visit will be to the archaeological center of Pisac where we will find many Andean terraces and the most preserved Andean cemetery of the Andean culture. We will return to Cusco at 07:00 p.m.

Day 1: Cusco | Alpacas farm | Sacred Valley | Pisac | Ollantaytambo Cusco 7:45 AM We will start with the pick up in the lobby of your hotel after having had breakfast at your hotel, our transport together with our guide will take us from Cusco to the Sacred Valley of the Incas passing through Sacsayhuamán, Qenqo and PucaPucara (without stops ). Awana Kancha Here we stop for about 30 minutes, the purpose is learn about textiles and the weaving process. We can appreciate different species of Llamas, Alpacas, Vicuñas and take pictures them as well. Taray Viewpoint From this lookout point, we will have the time to capture the best classic pictures of the Sacred Valley with its famous terraces along the Urubamba river. Pisac Archaeological Park Will drive you up to Pisac Inca site to enjoy stunning views over the valley. Here you can appreciate temples, residences, altars, channels and learn all about the Incan agricultural methods shared by our expert guides. Pisac Market We will visit a traditional market in the Village of Pisac and interact with the local people and purchase some local souvenirs. the Pisac Market is very famous and highly visited as we can learn about pottery, jewelry and textiles. Urubamba 1:00 PM: Enjoy an extraordinary buffet lunch (with vegetarian options available) in one of the best restaurant Archaeological Park Ollantaytambo 2:40 PM: Our last discovery of that day: The terraces and ruins of Ollantaytambo. This place was highly protected as it was the entrance to the road to Machu Picchu. Therefore, many things happened here during the Spanish invasion. Then we will take you to the station to board the selected train, when booking you can choose to travel by normal train or Vistadome 360° panoramic train. This 1:45 minute train ride will allow you to see incredible views of mountainous terrain before seeing Machu Picchu. Aguas Calientes 18:10 PM At the exit door of the train station we will be waiting to take you to your hotel where you will spend the night, after check - in, you have the afternoon free on your own. Day 2: Machu Picchu and in the afternoon return to Cusco Historic Sanctuary of Machu Picchu 07:00 AM After having our breakfast at the hotel we will move with our guide to the bus station in the same town. This bus will take us to the main gate of the Historic Sanctuary of Machupicchu where we will begin our unforgettable experience. Take the classic photo from the highest part of Machu Picchu and then visit the lower part. Our guide will share all his knowledge about the history of this incredible place. After finishing the visit, we will take the bus back to Aguas Calientes where you will have time for lunch (lunch is not included). At the indicated time, you will board the train that will take you to the train station in Ollantaytambo. Ollantaytambo, Cusco Upon arrival at the train station, our transport will be waiting to take us back to your hotel in Cuzco. Estimated arrival time 18.30 PM

Lunch: Authentic Andean Cuisine Enjoy a delicious lunch at a local restaurant, where you can savor the flavors of authentic Andean cuisine. Taste mouthwatering dishes such as rocoto relleno (stuffed spicy pepper), ceviche (marinated seafood), and the traditional quinoa soup. Savor the unique flavors and ingredients that have been passed down through generations, immersing yourself in the culinary traditions of the Sacred Valley. Afternoon: Ollantaytambo Fortress and Chinchero Village After lunch, continue your journey to the ancient Inca fortress of Ollantaytambo. As you explore the massive stone walls and intricate terraces, you will be transported back in time to the height of the Inca Empire. Learn about the strategic importance of this fortress and the intriguing stories behind its construction. At the end of our Tour to the Sacred Valley of the Incas, we will return to Cusco, where our transportation will take us to the city center (main square of Cusco)

We will start the day by picking you up from downtown hotels between 6:20 AM and 7:00 AM. Our first stop will be the town and archaeological complex of Chinchero, followed by a visit to the astonishing archaeological site of Moray, renowned as the most impressive Inca agricultural laboratory. We will then proceed to the Salt Mines of Maras, a beautiful site featuring around 3700 ponds used by the locals. After exploring these wonders, we will head to Urubamba for a delicious buffet lunch around 12:30 PM. Next, we will delve into the Inca town of Ollantaytambo, known as the "Living Inca City," admiring the incredible architecture and urban planning that still remains. Our final destination will be Pisaq, one of the most significant agricultural and spiritual centers in the Sacred Valley of the Incas. After exploring this archaeological complex, we will embark on the journey back to Cusco, arriving around 6:40 PM. The tour will conclude on Plateros Street or Regocijo Square, depending on traffic. Note: If you have your train ticket to Machu Picchu for this afternoon or if you wish to take the local train (for Peruvian citizens) in Ollantaytambo, you will have the option to stay at this location after visiting it around 3:30 PM.
