Very nice guide and driver. Touring Florence was very nice with a guide who was local and knowledgeable. About the transportation, the van was completely full and I had to use the middle jump seat by the driver, which was not very comfortable for 3-4 hours each way trip. However, we did purchase the tickets last minute and that seemed to have been the reason. But, we had stops and everything went great! I highly recommend this group. Perhaps purchasing the tickets ahead of time is best to get a good seat on their van.

Great tour with knowledgeable guide. Not just the chance to climb the Tower, which was splendid, but the visit to the cathedral and cemetery. Well worth the trip! Don’t forget to capture yourself holding the tower up

Meeting place was easy to find, tour started on time, and our guide was pleasant and knowledgeable. We enjoyed our time!

A great experience!!! Highly recommend. You will be climbing lots of steps. But very worth it’

It was worth climbing the tower just for the amazing views
