More of a transportation service to the two cities. No walking around to tell the history or interesting facts of buildings. He just gave general info of the place on the bus before arriving; but he made his best is keeping us motivated in a rainy day, so I appreciated his efforts.

Great trip! It was wonderful to see Pisa and Florence. Although you do spend more time travelling than you do site seeing for keep that in mind. It took 3 hours from Rome to Pisa, with an hour/hour and a half to explore and then it took and hour and a half from Pisa to Florence, with 2 hours to explore in Florence. There was breaks both on the way there and coming back to stretch your legs etc. Guide was friendly and helpful and shared interesting facts and history about the cities. Coach was comfortable and spacious.

The trip was good and the guide was good. I did find that when she spoke in Spanish she gave more details than when she spoke in English. I was disappointed to find out that there was a 5 Euro charge per person to take a train in Pisa from where the bus drops you off. This should have been more transparent to the consumer. Either build it in the cost or put this under "What's not included".. but transparency is important. Overall, it was fine, just a very long day.
