I highly recommend to do this. I had a group tour but the others didn’t show so it was a private tour instead and Alessa the tour guide was so amazing and factual. The 2 hours flew by and I learnt so much. You also get free time to take your own pictures too. I opted to buy the extra ticket to climb up the leaning tower which was beautiful. Just prepare yourself for steep steps!

I was lucky and enjoyed this trip alone because the other two people didn't show up. Anastasia made the excursion very calm, balanced, laconic, but still very informative. She has a pleasant voice and good German. I would criticize the organizer for the description of the meeting point in the confirmation. You could either describe it better or choose another location. But with a little imagination you can find where the meeting point is. You just have to plan a little more time.

Fantastic tour around the baptistry cathedral and with our very knowledgeable guide Andrea. This was made fun and full of facts throughout, lots of chances to ask questions and take pictures. After the guided part of the tower climbed the tower and viewed the cemetery - these monuments although toured alone were fully explained to us as well
