Protesters & rain but still great thanks to Shane

Protesters in London caused all Tour Buses lots of problems on our trip. But the staff that greeted us at The Aldwich were professional and efficient. Once the bus arrived Shane took over and he was fantastic. What a great asset to your company. He apologised many times for events that were totally out of his control (protesters/diversions) We were on the bus much longer than we intended and missed a few things due to the diversions. The weather changed in an instant from blue skies and sunshine to heavy rain but my friends and I stayed put with Shane on the top deck, he stood up throughout. He entertained with great information and humour and even played "Its Raining Men" for us when we were totally soaked. He apologised again & kept us informed when he got off it was so very different. We could not really hear Luke and didn't actually see him - he sat somewhere but we didn't know where. It was disappointing that our £34 each trip was so badly disrupted but Shane made it great fun!

Interesting tour - shame about the lights

Getting on the bus was first come, first on regardless if you had pre-booked tickets. We got on at the time we pre-booked but only just and bearing in mind with this type of bus you want to be up top, my advice is get there early! The tour guide and the driver (John and Nigel) were great considering the bad traffic that night and delay getting started and John (tour guide) was informative and witty and did well with a tired (tour started 9.30pm) audience. It was disappointing that some of the lights weren't on (Albert Memorial) and no lights or fountains at Trafalgar Square. This obviously out of their control - London Council perhaps trying to save money! Regardless of this, the tour was interesting and informative and I certainly learned a thing or two about the cities of London. Highlights for us; definately Tower Bridge and Westminster, Elizabeth Tower and the London Eye, and singing our way under London Bridge.

Fun tour to do with very friendly guide.

Tour took over 2 hours due to heavy traffic. Guide tour was funny even when it started pouring rain. Kept us in cheerful spirit. They also didn't make any issue about us changing the departure time (on another bus, they even suggested it themselves as the bus we were supposed to take was quite full).

It was a really good surprise to have such a really good tour

I booked this show because my son is ten years old. We really enjoyed the tour. Ben was an amazing passionate storyteller, he told us so many stories and gave us a really good moment. We all shared a great time ! So go for it, don't hesitate and it will make your day.

Excellent first night in London activity!!

Perfect way to spend our first night in London. The buildings are gorgeous lit up at night and you get a fabulous overview of the entire city making it easier to plan what you want to do during your visit. Narration was excellent also! Highly recommend!
