Our experience was amazing. We would definitely recommend you pick listening to the tour guide rather than the audiobook- it is far more personal and engaging this way. Our tour guide, Sarzani, was friendly, passionate and knowledgeable. You learn things other people may not know and it is overall an excellent experience. We called it the ‘Heineken tour’ because it reaches places other tours cannot reach.

I had the most amazing experience. Cristina was the perfect guide. I learned about Florence, the food, the wine! It was the highlight of my trip!
