Our restaurant is housed in a historic building dating back to 1192, adorned with frescoes from the late 1300s. Guests who purchase our tasting experience will savor the highest quality traditional local cured meats, cheeses from nearby valleys, and gourmet raw beef. These exquisite dishes are perfectly paired with a selection of natural wines, all sourced from artisanal producers. The tasting experience can be enjoyed in the frescoed hall or in the stunning outdoor courtyard at the foot of the manor tower, which stands nearly 100 meters tall.

Explore the Museo Diocesano di Brescia, located on Via Gasparo da Salò, just a few steps from Piazza Loggia, in the heart of the city. Discover the museum's permanent collection, which includes more than 2,000 works of painting and sculpture mainly from the Brescia and Veneto area. Admire the illuminated manuscripts section, which showcases the splendid hand-decorated manuscripts and the colorful miniatures that embellish the capilettera with animal, plant and floral ornaments. The specimens range from the 12th century to the mid-16th century. To the 15th century belong liturgical books (missals and breviaries) and musical books (antiphonaries and graduals), while the so-called 'Mariegola di Collio,' a booklet of the Confraternity of Saints Faustino and Giovita of the parish of Collio in Valtrompia whose first two papers are entirely illuminated by the Brescian painter Floriano Ferramola, is to be placed at the beginning of the 16th century.
