Excellent - it was an amazing experience and the guide took some time to explain about the elephants. You could see that they‘re not forced to do something and can leave if they want to.

We spent quite a lot of time to find as ethical way to see elephants as possible. I think this was a great choice! There were nine participants in our tour, which was nice. We were allowed to feed and pet two elephants. After that we walked with them in the forest. Our guide was really friendly and gave us a lot of information about their elephants. I can warmly recommend this trip. It took approx. four hours from leaving the hotel to get back in the hotel. They also served water and watermelon which was nice! Bring your own mosquito repellent (can also buy from there 150 baht).

Amazing, the elephants were clearly so well looked after. No riding, bathing or chains and it felt very ethical. The staff couldn’t have been nicer, especially our guide Mr Okay
